          Are these recipes keto? No, these meal plans are not keto.

          Is this available as an actual book? Currently, this bundle of recipes is only available as a PDF download for your computer.

          However, you can take this PDF to an office store to have it printed and bound.

          Are these recipes gluten-free? The majority of these recipes are gluten-free, but not 100%

          Recipes look good, don’t like the whole printer thing. Too much ink. Too many papers. Don’t want to spend 30. On an ink cartridge fogg egg all the pages.

          It is my fault for not reading more carefully but I thought these recipes were for the THM plan. That was disappointing to me.

          Hi Sara, I'm so sorry you were disppointed. Some of the recipes can definitely be used for THM, but not all of them, as stated in the product description. I hope you're still able to try a few of them! ❤️

          Loved everything but would like each week to have a a schedule of what to do each day. Would be so help to those of us who are scatterbrained and so busy!!

          I was somewhat disappointed at the content. I haven’t looked everything over yet, but it can’t imagine peanut butter, raspberries and yogurt together. There’s definitely some things I’ll likely never try just because I’m not familiar with the ingredients. I do like the organization and the layout of it though.
